Where to Buy ReaderDock
ReaderDock high quality docking stations are currently for sale only at www.ReaderDock.com. The N-Station is also available on Amazon.com. We are actively working to partner with retail chains and websites to increase availability, but such arrangements are 3 – 5 months away. All purchases made at ReaderDock.com are safe and secure.
ReaderDock ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders originate from the metro New York area. Transit time varies based on your location, but most orders take 4 – 7 business days to arrive at their destination. Orders to AK and HI take 6 – 10 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, but may be delivered on weekdays or Saturdays. Orders are processed on the next business day.
Please note: orders with inaccurate Billing Address information, or with different shipping and billing addresses may be delayed for security reasons. Please use a billing address and phone number that exactly match the information on your credit card statement.
When your order ships a USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address used to place your order. Please be sure to check your “spam” or junk mail folder if you do not receive such an email. In addition, consider adding email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your online address book or “white list” to avoid any inadvertent spam flagging.
Note that due to how tracking numbers are generated by USPS, they may not be functional when first emailed to you. Please allow 8 – 36 hours for your tracking number to become active and display your order’s status.
ReaderDock warrants our docking stations from failures in the material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser. Any part of the docking station that has broken will be repaired or replaced without charge at ReaderDock’s discretion. This warranty applies to indoor household use only.
This warranty is null and void, as determined solely by ReaderDock, if the docking station is damaged through accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or if the docking station is altered in any way. This warranty does not apply if this docking station becomes damaged due to accident, disassembly or alteration.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL READERDOCK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DOCKING STATION.
In no event will ReaderDock be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the allegedly defective product.
THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.
ReaderDock offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your ReaderDock docking station, it may be returned for any reason within 45 days from date of authorized purchase. Your Docking Station must be in working condition, without any visible scratches or damage, and the speakers must be in pristine condition for a return to be accepted. We can not accept any returns after 45 days.
Please contact us in advance of shipping your docking station back to us so that we can record your order information and correctly identify your return to process your refund.

We recommend using a service that offers package tracking to ship any return – ReaderDock is not liable for any returns lost in transit. We reserve the right to refuse any return – in such cases the package received will be returned to sender.

The security of online transactions is of the utmost importance to ReaderDock. When you register or purchase a product on www.ReaderDock.com, your information is transmitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Further, we utilize PayPal for your payment by either credit card or PayPal account, which employs 256-bit SSL encryption to collect payment information – the strongest currently available. ReaderDock employees cannot view or access your credit card information.
Due to applicable state laws, ReaderDock.com must apply sales tax to all orders shipping to Connecticut or New York. As of March 2012 rates are:
Residents of upstate NY may contact ReaderDock for an adjustment to their tax rate and subsequent refund. Taxes are applied to any shipping charge in addition to purchase price.
Regrettably, ReaderDock.com can only ship to residents of the United States at this time.
