How to use Google Play on Kindle Fire

Add more variety to the music you listen to on Kindle Fire with Google Play Music.

On Kindle Fire you can listen to music purchased on Amazon or by using the music applications available in the Amazon Kindle app store. But, because Google is a direct competitor to Amazon, its music application (Google Play Music) is not available in the Amazon app store so Kindle Fire owners can’t access music stored in their Google account.

We have the solution!

Simply go to http://music.google.com and log in with your Google account. The Google Play Music web application works fine on the Kindle Fire web browser. (You’ll need to scroll around a bit as the music player was designed with larger screens in mind but it works just fine!)
